To South America in 3 Days! General Agency of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin, Hamburg-America Line.

Graf Zeppelin was the most successful commercial dirigible, carrying more than 13,000 passengers during its nine year career from 1928 to 1937. The trip from Frankfurt to Pernambuco, Brazil took 3 days in this luxurious airship modeled after a first class ocean liner. The passenger could pass the travelling time in the dining room, lounge, bar, or in their own cabins fitted with day couches that converted into beds at night. Graf Zepelin went out of service after the Hindenburg disaster in 1937.
